I'm looking to buy my first digital camera
My old analog is finito and I don't want another one, film just got too expensive for me
all I want from it id
-to easlily accept old lenses so interchangable optics (most lenses I own are either 39 or 42mm manuals so I think I can get adapters for those, right?)
-having both a viewfinder and a live preview you can toggle between
-no more that 10 or 15MP max
-somewhat silent (is that a consideration for digitals at all?)
-taking regular SD cards, no fancy expensive storage mediums or gimmics
-doesn't have to have an inbuilt flash at all, if anything I wan't the ability to have it disabled
-preferably 10+ years old so I can buy it cheap because I'm dirt poor and I just like taking pictures for myself
-reliable so I won't have to buy another camera for at least a decade
-preferably one of the big brands so I could get it serviced before I have to throw it out.
-It would also be nice if it didn't have a million buttons and settings, just basic stuff I could easily ease myself into with little lerning curve, something somewhat simple
-as an extra I'd list maybe ability to record video with sound and/or external mic socket, probably 720p would suffice
I just don't want to spend too much for my tight budget and just go about taking pics with the lenses I own and like.
I'm located in Europe if that's a factor for you.
