Speaking of gear and exif, you’ll notice this photo is missing lens data. That’s because i held the land disconnected from the camera, a couple of cm in front of it. This lets you get a lot closer to the subject, but light bleeds in through the gap and causes massive flaring. Also, i held the lens angle off to the right to line up the focal plane as best as i could with her eyes.
