there are concessions but only a few with a very limited selection. but do try a "glen dog" just to say you did it. there's a hot dog eating contest fri night after ontrack stuff is done
there are roped off parking areas for infield parkers. you can drive between them to park & then walk the fence.
i dont blame your dad for not camping. i got my fill of rv generators running all night beside my head. i've been renting houses by the lake the last few years.
i still get a campsite at the track though. it's around the 300 marker heading into the bus stop chicane. if you spot a white kia sorento, say hi.
don't forget to get pics of the vettes during our super racy parade laps. me at detroit a few weeks ago.
