Her arms are also probably washed out by the light leak or whatever filter is popping in from the bottom and sides.
You could burn her arms a bit to get the complexion richer and then a transparent layer set to color, a color brush (color pick her face color) set to 20/20 (opacity/flow and 0 hardness), and paint over her arm until it matches a bit better.
Then set the opacity of the transparent layer to like 80% so it blends better. This is like, the quickest way to match skin color on different parts of the body.

Here's a quick edit of the second one, dialed the highlights back a bit and brought some color back to her skin as well. and more contrast to the bottle.
