I think having something dangling off the side (whether from her neck, hand or foot) would add a lot to the image. A necktie, bracelet or something. Would just make it a little more striking I think.
Cool idea though.
I don't shoot portraits really, but I was drinking on a rooftop with some friends and caught this candid off hand and liked it well enough.
