I've used them a couple of times (and CL). I would recommend it if you already have a decent port to show the models before they start working with you or you're at the end of your rope looking for a model. It tends to be driven more by lewd modelling and cash. They are lower tier, but there are some good ones; It depends on how hard you look.
I've had better luck finding ones on my bacefook friends list (starting out) and they did it for free, so social media worked better in my case.
