Weight and size is their issue, ergonomically they offer mostly the same experience.
6x4.5 is a step up from 135, sure. It's not that big of a step up though, but if you shoot a LOT then it can be worth it.
There's really not much else out there for you m8, you already know what your options are, the rest is up to your own budget and preferences. I think the only cameras unmentioned by now is the Makina 67 and the Bessa
