Just press the Q button, enhance shadows a little, maybe up the color and set the film sim to Classic Chrome and off you go. The RAW files are also perfectly compatible with Lightroom as opposed to the other Fuji models.
It really is the cheapest camera you can buy (especially second hand) which blows everything else out of the water.
