The small\light thing is a myth. And fe mount has plenty of compact lenses around 100g or less. Even equal, not equivalent aperture lenses are lighter in any meaningful way. Part of the issue is that M43 needs a heavy, light killing retrofocal section for any lens shorter than 40mm equivalent, whereas FF can go down to 20mm before they need one.
