Anyway I think I've figured out a way to get good scans in Lightroom,
>Shoot with manual white balance at the lowest possible Kelvin to counteract the orange mask of the colour negative> Invert the image by flipping the Tone Curve>Crop the frame>Use the White Balance Selector and select the whitest point on the image (for pic related I chose the light reflection in the glasses)>Select the "Auto" Tone setting in the Basic Settings>Adjust Tone Curve as necessary >...>Profit?Would be cool if there was a setting on your camera to change everything to negative, would make scanning so much easier
