Pic related is my terrible workaround. A pair of extension rings are probably way easier to use since they have all the camera-to-lens controls.
Also note that the furthest the lens is from the camera, more closed the aperture gets, will all the problems that comes with it (no light implying longer exposure time, light diffraction and bad quality...)
