I guess a battery or two extra wouldn't hurt, I have two for my D700 but I have never ever managed to run down a DSLR battery completely, they don't eat up batteries like mirrorless cameras or point and shoots do with their EVFs and screens. Maybe filters if you want them, I guess for a digital camera the only filter you really need is maybe a polarizer. Also a rocket dust blower thing and some Pec-pads to clean your lenses and sensor and stuff with.
One thing that I personally really like are the rubber viewfinder eyecups. I use them on my F100 and D700, but I think Nikon only makes them for cameras with round viewfinder portholes and the D750 has a shitty rectangular viewfinder, so I'm not sure if there's anything similar you could get for that. I think they're a great tiny little convenience though, especially when I'm wearing my glasses.
