My jumpoff point for Rollei400 in bright sun is that f/16 and 1 sec. gives a decent exposure but I can go one stop darker quite comfortably.
You may need to try out a little bracketing to really nail the shots consistently in your own setting, though.
Oh, and it's with an R72 filter.
