I usually think it's not a great idea to change systems but considering you only have one camera and one lens it's not that big of an issue. Fuji lenses are a bit higher quality although they're quite a bit more expensive than their Canon counterparts. There's no $100 50mm 1.8 for Fuji (only a $200 35mm f/2). Here's a pic of your current setup vs the 24mm pancake, and a similar 27mm pancake setup for the X-T3 and a slightly comparable (although you're losing out on 135 to 200mm) setup for Fuji.
