Now that I'm home, I realize I should've been pushing to try TTL flash on that camera that had it working. Like sure the lens might work but if I can't use my flash except in manual mode it makes capturing the shots I want way way harder.
I was already inhaling copium thinking I could rent a Canon brand macro lens that will 100% work for a special product but not having my own body is a big buzzkill and adds a lot more expense to what was already an expensive side project (like 60$ canadian per roll all included?)
