It's taken on and around Stegastein, the by now famous lookout point halfway up Aurlandsfjellet on the Aurland side.
We went quite late in the year, but in the summer it's usually packed with tourists. If you drive a kilometer further up the road you'll get to a small parking lot, where you can park and do a tiny hike back towards the fjord, to get to a natural look out point, where some of these pictures are taken from.
