General unmotivated camera movement. There's no reason for why you're moving/showing what you're moving/showing.
I have no idea of what the story is. I know it's not a fiction piece, but "New york city but empty" is a story, "this is the skatepark I hang out with my mates at" is at least the start of a story. This doesn't have any motivation for the edit or the cinematography.
The next thing I'd shoot, if I were you, is a video of your mates trying to learn a new trick. Only shoot what you can from within that skatepark (it seems there's a few interesting vistas around it).
What were you using to shoot this? Do you have zoom/different focal lengths? Do what you can to get a mixture of shot types - I want to see your friends grinning, walking towards the camera, smug as they're the first to land it, or close up on the feet as they try to master it.
I don't mind the black and white - it's a natural fit for skate photography in a park like that - but you've got to embrace the contrasts. Look for the interesting geometrics - I'm still trying to figure this out myself, but here's a still I've done.
The music doesn't help your pace or rythm, but you have reminded me I want to get really blazed and watch Koyaanisqatsi this year.
