For Android I like using this app, just called Lightmeter. Personally I prefer the calculator dial to digital display meters. It does incident using the ambient light sensor and reflected using the camera, with a zoom feature to use for spot. The free version is perfectly cromulent but the paid version has nice extras like ISO recall and the ability to calibrate the meter.
