The XA2 was a much more daily-usable camera but the lens on the XA is so fucking nice.
I still wish someone would make a digital equivalent of the XA. I don't need zoom, I just want a pocket-sized camera with a decently sized sensor, a fast 35mm(ish) lens, and a lens that won't catch on stuff in my pocket. The slide-open on the XA and Stylus Epic was so great.
My old Canon S95 was a good pocketcam, but didn't take as nice of photos. The Canon G7X and G9X are close. The GR II and Nikon Coolpix A were *very* close. But no one has hit the mark yet.
