The photo is scanned, the database is checked using google-like AI then rejected if there's a match over x%. If the customer feels that this is incorrect, they can have store staff bypass this block if the staff feel it is also in error. Also, there can be an additional option where the customer can pay an extra fee in order to copy the image that is in the database. The fee would then be sent to the copyright owner's account.
