>>3074198it was a solid 25 pounds I'm guessing. The bag went from the airport to the hotel room and then back into the uber to the airport five days later. It's just such a solid bag, and everything fits great. I also have a thinktank retrospective 10, which is also a killer bag, but is more flashy in my opinion. I've owned so many bags over the years, but the f2 is great, 5 years of throwing it around and its machine washable.
>>3074210is this not an exact example of when modularity is helpful?I only bring the second as a backup. I'm also forever paranoid about light leaks or frame overlap so I leapfrog the backs, shooting a different one each day, so if one is problematic, I lose only one day's worth of images. Whenever I stop for food or something, I also take off the back and check for shit in the camera, that might be behind the mirror. A few years ago I shot a whole roll with a hair in the middle of the light trap and theres a giant line on every neg.
>>3074232Nice. Is that a 300mm next to the 4x5? I think Linhof had a line of rebrands that were teles that allowed you to get a 300mm in focus at like 150mm of extension, handy for field cameras.
It was 400portra. I ended up shooting 24 rolls, and I got lucky through the whole thing with great clouds but no rain.
>>3074240nice! I only shoot Portra 400, although I want to test some Portra 800 and pushing it to see if I like that. Never shoot any B+W any more. College killed that.
