>>4212073The a7c is a poor fit for large lenses because they make the body severely imbalanced due to very small grip. The ZV-E1 will have the exact same issue. You can mitigate it with a gripped L-bracket or cage like pic related. It's not so much an issue if it sits on a tripod all day but just imagining a 70-200 f/2.8 or 135mm f/1.8 on the A7c or ZV-E1 is quite goofy. But you can still use smaller lenses just fine even if they cover a full frame image circle. The FE 40mm 2.5 is of course an ideal size, but even the 20mm f/1.8, 50mm f/1.4 and 20-70 f/4 would be usable.
If you're going to be streaming for 4h at a time I would have concerns with overheating as both have pretty awful thermals, but I suppose it's manageable if it sits under the AC and you only shoot 1080p30.
Honestly for the price you are looking at, and since you aren't deeply invested in FE lenses already presumably (re: a5100) you might want to look at the Lumix S5 II. Full size HDMI, 0 thermal issue in any mode, good ergonomics and twice the megapickles for photo.
