i've used an x-t20 + 27 mm to shoot over 3000 photos on a bike tour, most of them one-handed while cycling
for hikes, I usually take the 10-24, 16-55 and 55-200 zooms plus a manual macro lens and two bodies (x-t20 and x-s10)
usually with a gitzo tripod and some filters, sometimes i will instead use a leofoo mini tripod for macro work
plus some filters and other negligible weight
