If you want glass that has its own quirks and signature, then absolutely. But if you just want a sharp modern lens, a Voigtlander or TTartisan is going to be way cheaper. I will say I didn’t pay $2000+ or whatever they’re asking for that 50 f/1. I found mine as a BNIB eBay listing for like $1100 which was way easier to stomach.
