The lens is T mount and came with a Minolta MD adapter. I would just get a T mount to Nikon F adapter but the lens came with a Minolta teleconverter that I would like to use. The issue with a Minolta to Nikon adapter it that the lens would no longer be able to focus to infinity. So which adapter should I get? Is longer reach worth not being able to focus to infinity?
