This lens was announced in Feb. 2022 and I've been waiting forever for it to appear for sale. (US website still doesn't list it) but I looked it up on a whim and found AliExpress selling some. So I went all-in and hoped it wasn't full of rocks or some other off-branded knock-off.
It was and is what I was seeking. I love this thing - I owned the APS-C 50mm f1.1 Mk.2 and loved the hell out of that. Now I have what is basically the FF version as far as build quality and "feel" go. A native E-mount chunk of metal and glass I can have creative fun with.
