I think Fujifilm began the X-mount long before Sony even made the E-mount, so we should get the facts straight.
Apparently X-mount only sells 1 camera every time 4 e-mount cameras are sold.

Depends on your definition of "really well" I guess.

They are only 4,7% of the total market, same size as Fujifilm.
But this has more to do with m4/3 than with L-mount. Panasonic L-mount is very much ded.
