I've recently been getting into minor video production and have already out-grown the camera that I've been using (FUJIFILM FinePix S4500) and would like to upgrade, but don't know where to start.
I wish I knew more about cameras, but sadly have very little knowledge on equipment and would love some suggestions from you folks.
I have around a $500 budget (give or take a little), would love something easy to use, that picks up really clear video, with good focus options, lens and filter options, completely digital, with the option of a shotgun mic and/or extra lighting.
I'll be using it for vlogging, short skits and videos, adventuring, music videos, qvc style product demonstrations... well everything I guess. I need something universal.
