>>3823316), if they're still too dark, it's because the slides are dense the Plustek doesn't have great Dmax when compared to Noritsus and Frontiers that labs use. People and manufacturers focus too much on silly resolutions and forget DMax. Dmax is one of Plustek's weaknesses - when compared to pro scanners, not flatbed which are even worse.
