All I'm saying is that if a M43 user and a FF user are standing in the same spot, with lens of the same focal length (say 12mm and 12mm), and they're sensors have the same MP density, then the M43 user should be capable of shooting the upper right quadrant of this photo at the same resolution and quality that the FF user shoots the entire frame.
If the FF user prints this image and cuts out the upper right quadrant (the area enclosed by the rectangle), and the M43 user prints his image at the same dimensions of this cutout, the images should, theoretically, be identical. That's my claim, and I don't think it's outlandish.
