These are the council houses of the 2010s.
You'd expect them to house people with a respect for their environment seeing how nice they are, compared to older council houses.
Although the problem is, its the same people coming from the schemes where there's litter and damage everywhere, so slowly these 'nice' modern buildings will eventually rot and look disgusting like the 60ies version of them
