Evenin' cunts. So I spent a long weekend at the beach and took two tons of photos. I use a Pentacks so weather/sand/dust has never been much of a concern, but I recently got their 10-17mm wide/fisheye lens (fucking love that thing btw) and that particular lens isn't weather sealed like all my other Pentax stuff. It got a lot of sand blown around onto it as well as some rain and everything seems completely fine, except when I adjust the zoom I can hear a couple grains of sand scratching along the outer cylinder/shaft. All the glass is perfectly fine (no dust or water got in) and I'm pretty confident this sand is purely a superficial/external issue but any advice on what I can do? It's cringey af hearing it crunch. Gave it a bit of a blow with the blower but didn't seem to help a whole lot.
