I mean, if there's no difference in rendering, then surely there has to be at least one single SOOC image taken with a Sigma lens, out of millions upon millions of them all over the internet, that rendered like a Zeiss/Leica lens... I'm not a tech guy or a physicist, I don't know the science or tech behind it but whatever you want to call it, you can call it that way but there's a clear difference between how images taken with a Zeiss/Leica lenses come out of camera, compared to how images taken with a Sigma and other similar lenses come out of camera.
