They're difficult to shoot but all you need is patience and super slow movements
Happy with the repro rate but not with the composition

A flash will allow you to shoot at any light, a diffusor will make things look nice despite using a flash
A monopod can be helpful at times, but those scenarios are limited (wanting to shoot static subjects at suboptimal natural light but not having time for a tripod)
