Location is everything.
Water and reflections are the dogs bollocks with these kinds of shots.
Tunnels also make interesting results.
Add some leds/lights to your whisk and you can create some really cool designs and create literal walls of light
Another cool tip is if you're doing head on circles, zoom in and out during the last few seconds and you'll create trippy spiral effects
Either way it's cheap as dirt so you can try lots of cool shit.
