My problem is that I want a sharper image, do I really need a tripod for this? This was shot on 1/50th of a second exposure time so would a tripod really avoid blur and noise? I processed the image and fixed highlights and shadows and also sharpened slighty and added clarity but it is still not how I wanted it. i don't usually go for forest shots but I was going for a specific look just to see if I could pull it off and I did not. Any help very appreciated.
