I get outstanding results from my Sigma 50 ART, my Nikkor 85/1.4 AF-D (pic related) and 135/2 DC and the last two are old ass film era lenses.
I saw an F1 on eBay for 2500 OBO and thought about offering him 2k. As a travel lens you really can't beat it. I have found myself using the 50 more and more as a walkaround and I have been spoiled by the 50 ART.
And if I didn't like it, I could always sell it and get my money back. I'll mull it over. I have a lot of other things I'd like to spend that money on.
