The work I put into my portfolio was mainly the photos I was most proud of, plus some context. I heard that mostly they are interested in your methodology. I also slammed some of my other non-photographic artwork in.
Also I had to submit an assignment under a certain theme, and I ultimately ended up sending in pic related + a few other photos of a similar technique.
