Should I buy another strobe then?

I'm buying an extension head to try and use a pole to maneuver the strobe rather than on a c-stand.

Is 36'' a good size for softboxes, 5ft I'm using is huge and cumbersome.

Would a rim light help with the light?

What settings should I be shooting at?

My iso was at 50, f/3.2, 1/200
