It does not matter how large or small the sensor is, everything is getting the same amount of light PER PIXEL. This is what that fag does not get. Yes, a full frame sensor is taking in more "total light" because it has a larger surface area, but really, on a per pixel level, each pixels does not magically perform better because there are more pixels on the other side of the sensor. As long as the pixel density, aperture, and sensor architecture are the same, there is literally no difference in light gathering ability between any possible combinations of sensor sizes.
