>>3825463I do a prescan with the negafix preset for the film and sometimes adjust from auto levels in Silverfast (~1min) before starting the actual scan to .jpeg at 8bit for bw at short side 1200px (1min) or 3600px (3min).
Then I put the .jpeg through Photoshop (1-5min; crop, sometimes levels, dust stamping, unsharpening mask).
Color takes about twice the time of the actual scan because of min. 24bit and IR dust removal. The dust removal is pretty good and saves a lot of time dust stamping in PS.
