You do have less noise, so you need to use an ISO one stop higher on the sony to have the same amount of noise as a fuji, and sony doesn't have "worms".

Fuji was engineered for cheaper cameras to shoot trouble free, film-like jpegs at the cost of some image quality, sony is more of a professional tool.
