>>4120488>>4120407>>4120528Hi Im the anon who got the xt200. So far it has been a fun ride. Let me be clear the reasons why I wanted to change the xt200 is not because of its Bayer sensor. Tbh as someone who is new to photography the Bayer or Xtrans sensor is not important at all.
The reasons why I wanted to change the xt200 to a xt3 was:
a) I can not save the Fuji Weekly film recipes so everytime I have to re-enter them and the number of recipes I can use are limited
b) I wanted to have the extra larp dials
c) The body is small and light and it didnt really feel like a camera.
I am however holding off on changing it because of the following reasons:
a) I started shooting JPEG + RAW so If I dont like the result of the film I just edit the RAW, I enjoy using lightroom as a hobby
b) The dials lost their importance to me, tho Id still enjoy them if I had them
c) I am going to backpack to Thailand so a light compact camera is just what I need
d) Decided to put some money in to lenses and change the body at a later date.
That being said xt200 is a lot of fun and the camera I got was barely used while a lot of xt3s I see second hand definitely look like a ww2 era tank. I think xt200 can be a fun start for you but if you get a clean xt3 for the same price definitely go for it.
