If your anxiety is this bad you need to seek help. Therapy, support groups, medication, vigorous exercise. I hate to suggest all this because I've been diagnosed clinically depressed since my teens, but being too anxious to leave the house and take photos isn't normal.
I know how much I hated hearing this for most of my life, so I'm sorry. But you're not alone in struggling. The only way out is to see it as a true illness and tackle it that way. Not to resign yourself to sitting indoors sitting on 4chan fapping to trap porn. That'll never help you.
