>>4222510I know a lot of people in business... the centralized HR machine has single-handedly crippled most small-medium sized corporations by now. The megacorps priced it into their plans long ago so not only survive but get to pick up the pieces of the fallen rivals.
The rift between finance and HR is ever increasing as inclusion proves to be incredibly unprofitable. Now people are stuck with overpaid underperformers and no way to balance the books. Then there's benefits... it turns out that most brown people have bowel diseases that are incredibly expensive to treat. One company here spends more on 3 Indians than it does on the other 200+ people in the office. It's a nightmare.
>>4222513You know who bought YouTube and destroyed it slowly.
Remember video responses and PMs? It used to be great. Also, a lot of channels were wiped out/crippled by the fake adpocalypse, the purpose of which was to let corporations like Warner Media buy them out for pennies on the dollar, which they did. They own dozens of channels now. They took over Funhaus and loudly announced that half of the talent would be replaced by non-Whites and trans people. Even cooking channels weren't immune to it:
