I mostly have sigma prime lenses 20,50 and 105 all of them is f1.4 so they are heavy and don't have stabilization. You can easily shoot handheld, yes.. there would be some motion in the footagr buz it doesn't look like that shaky more like natural but it's a personal taste. I'd say go for your described setup, leica knows their stuff! ;)
