Olympus has live composite mode that is basically purpose designed for shit like astrophotography since it only captures new light information above the noise floor and stops capturing light before it clips, and you can expose for up to 3 hours. Live composite plus equatorial mount is pretty much the best astrophography setup you can get before you get into legit astronomy setups.
