I was a teenager when that game came out. In 2012, when those wallpapers were made and uploaded, I made them my wallpaper for my PC, back in the day.
I never changed the wallpapers, and they've managed to preserve themselves through the transfer to Windows 10.
When I got my laptop in 2015, I logged into it with my Microsoft account, and suddenly Windows 8.1 had all the same wallpapers on it without me setting anything up.
I haven't been bothered to change the wallpapers. They are what they are.
