It's brain dead easy to do too I've bulk rolled plenty of film before without a problem. The only issue I've had happen is the tape connecting the film to the film spool snapping inside my camera, was using a point and shoot and the automatic film advance broke it so avoid using point and shoots I guess.
Don't remember the exact problem but I've heard bulk loaders like the one in your pic related aren't as good because you can accidentally open it up and expose the film or something like that. I use an LPL Dayroll Deluxe.
