You get to have artistic choice when you show intent and a capacity to handle the basics. It isn't a safety net when someone points out something relatively insignificant. I actually liked the photo and I was explaining to the other guy why it may be blurrier but now I can tell the parson behind the photo can't handle even an objective guess as to why one is clearly moved and blurrier than the other.
